K2 Colocation's privacy policy for handling customer information has been created with the understanding that the Internet is continuing to evolve to meet the needs and opportunities of the changing technologies. As a result, K2 Colocation's policies and procedures are subject to change.
Information security
(a) K2 Colocation will take appropriate security measures to protect against
unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction
of data.
(b) K2 Colocation restricts access to your personal information to employees

K2 Colocation will not disclose its customers' personal and account
information unless K2 Colocation has reason to believe that disclosing such

against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property
of K2 Colocation, K2 Colocation's customers, or others, or where K2 Colocation
has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.
K2 Colocation will not, except for reasons stated below, disclose to third parties the contents of any electronic mail or other electronic communications that K2 Colocation stores or transmits for its customers. The circumstances under which K2 Colocation will disclose such electronic customer communications are when:
(a) it is necessary in order to provide service to the customer;
(b) it is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of K2 Colocation and
its customers;
(c) it is required to cooperate with interception orders, warrants, or other
legal process that K2 Colocation determines in its sole discretion to be valid
and enforceable.
(d) it is necessary to provide to a law enforcement agency when the contents
are inadvertently obtained by K2 Colocation and appear to pertain to the commission
of a crime.
(e) K2 Colocation disclaims any intention to censor, edit or engage in ongoing
review or surveillance of communications stored on or transmitted through its
facilities by customers or others. K2 Colocation will, however, review, delete
or block access to communications that may harm K2 Colocation, its customers
or third parties. The grounds on which K2 Colocation may take such action include,
but are not limited to, actual or potential violations of K2 Colocation's
Acceptable Use Policy that may be viewed at http://k2colocation.com/docs/AUP.aspx.
Consent
By accepting K2 Colcation's Terms of Service agreement, you consent to the terms
of our Privacy Policy and to K2 Colocation's processing of Personal Information
for the purposes given above. Should this Privacy Policy change, we intend to
take every reasonable step to ensure that these changes are brought to your
attention by posting all changes prominently on our web site for a reasonable
period of time.
Warranty and Exclusions
While K2 Colocation strives to safeguard your personal information, data transmission
over the Internet, including e-mail, cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Therefore, K2 Colocation cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information
you transmit, and any information you transmit is done at your own risk. K2
Colocation cannot be responsible for disclosures of your personal information
due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties, and encourages
you to exercise prudence in selecting the information you send via the Internet,
including via e-mail.
Access to your personal information
You have the right to request a copy of the personal information the K2 Colocation
holds about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. You may request a copy
of your personal information that is kept on file only after security screening
confirmation has been completed. Requests and Correspondence must be done via
certified mail or bonded carrier. There will be a $10.00 processing fee levied
for return shipping postage and data processing.
